This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on with payroll and finance operations, knows how to manage vendors and platforms like QuickBooks or ADP, and can communicate clearly with clients and internal teams. You’ll work directly with leadership, have space to take ownership, and be part of a team that values precision, accountability, and trust.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling payroll transitions, reconciliations, and compliance
- Managing bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax filings
- Troubleshooting payment issues and maintaining audit trails
- Supporting client communication and project coordination
- Contributing to benefits planning and employee engagement
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, payroll, or compliance
- Strong documentation and problem-solving
- Experience with QuickBooks, ADP, or similar platforms
- Clear, professional communication—written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Bonus if you have a CPA, CMA, BCOM and MBA-Finance
